I am a Senior Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Journalism Department at City University, London.

From 1998-2008 I was external lecturer at London's City University, where I taught the Online Journalism specialism to student journalists from the degree, Diploma and MA courses.

In 2004/5 I taught the Writing and Editing for Electronic Media module on the MA/MSc in Electronic Publishing Course while the normal tutor, Neil Thurman, was on sabbatical.
